SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ICT EQUIPMENT

Ubuntu Skills Development Centre is a training and community development institution that provides digital literacy, administrative support, and skills development programmes to learners, staff, and community stakeholders. The organisation requires ICT equipment to strengthen its computer laboratory, administrative offices, training rooms, and digital learning environment. The equipment must be suitable for institutional use, durable, energy efficient, and compatible with commonly used business, learning, and network environments. The appointed supplier will be expected to supply equipment that is new, unused, genuine, and supported by manufacturer warranties.

Scope of Work

The successful bidder will be required to: Supply and deliver ICT equipment as specified in this tender document. Ensure all equipment is new and not refurbished. Provide original manufacturer warranties. Deliver all items to Ubuntu Skills Development Centre. Provide all manuals, warranty documents, licences, drivers, and accessories. Ensure that all devices are tested and in working condition before delivery. Provide after-sales support during the warranty period. Replace defective items within the agreed warranty terms. Ensure compliance with applicable ICT standards, safety standards, and manufacturer requirements.
